Description
Pahponee is descendent of the Kickapoo and Potawatomi Nations. Pahponee, or Snow Woman, received her Indian name from the elders of the Kickapoo tribe when she was 21. She has been making pottery since the early 1980’s and now is one of the top Native American potters.
